°. Adiciónase el artículo 92 del Decreto 2437 de 1983, con el siguiente

Parágrafo

Para efectos del control de posible contaminación por elementos radiactivos de la leche y sus derivados, importados, el Ministerio de Salud se acogerá a las recomendaciones del Organismo Internacional de Energía Atómica, OIEA, de la Comisión Internacional de Protección Radiológica, CIPR, de la Organización Mundial de Salud, OMS, y el producto encontrado no apto se reexportará al país de origen.
