° La Escuela dará instrucción pública 7 gratuita sobre Minería y Metalurgia y las demás ciencias relacionadas con éstas, á las personas que las soliciten y que teniendo los necesarios requisitos se sometan á las disposiciones del Decreto que la estableció, á las de estos Estatutos y já las demás qué tenga á bien dictar el Consejo Directivo.
