ARTICULO 8o.. La Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia deberá someter a consideración del Gobierno Nacional, a más tardar el 30 de abril de 1993, la planta de personal docente de que trata el artículo 59 del Decreto 80 de 1980, sin exceder el monto de la apropiación prevista por servicios personales en el presupuesto general de la Nación, correspondiente a la actual vigencia.
