Resolución motivada. Realizada la visita y con base en el informe presentado por el funcionario de acuerdo con lo estipulado en el artículo anterior el Ministerio de Minas y Energía autorizará o negará la construcción de la planta de abastecimiento por medio de resolución motivada.

La resolución de autorización para la construcción de una planta de abastecimiento tendrá una vigencia de seis (6) meses. Si transcurrido este término no se han presentado los planos indicados en el siguiente artículo la autorización de construcción precluirá.
