Artículo único. Asígnase a María de Loreto, Benigna i María de los Anjeles Arénas, hijas del antiguo Teniente Coronel José de la Cruz Arénas, una pension de cuarenta pesos mensuales, que se pagará como se pagan las de los militares de la Independencia, i de la cual gozarán las sobrevivientes de dichas tres hermanas.
