Art. 330. Por el Ministerio de Instrucción Pública se tomarán las medidas conducentes á fin de que el Instituto Salesiano de Bogotá tenga local cómodo para sus trabajos, y de que para 1892 esté preparado en Cartagena el local que debe servir para el Instituto Salesiano de aquella ciudad.
