Las operaciones de seguro a la exportación contarán con la garantía de la Nación, la cual asumirá las pérdidas en que incurra el Fondo de Promoción de Exportaciones por razón de los siniestros cubiertos cuando sean insuficientes las reservas técnicas constituidas con este propósito.
