La junta de los servicios seccionales de salud será nombrada de acuerdo con el contrato de integración: a) el gobernador del departamento, o su delegado, el alcalde en el distrito especial de Bogotá, o su delegado, quien la presidirá. b) el gerente de la beneficencia departamental, o su delegado; en donde no exista beneficencia, el gerente de la lotería respectiva, o su delegado. c) un (1) representante del ministro de salud pública. d) un (1) representante de la comunidad. e) un (1) representante de la facultad de medicina o de las facultades de medicina de la región. f) el jefe del servicio seccional de salud, con voz pero sin voto.
