Art. 426. No obstante lo dispuesto en los dos artículos precedentes, las pensiones alimenticias atrasadas podrán renunciarse o compensarse; i el derecho de demandarlas, transmitirse por causa de muerte, venderse i cederse; sin perjuicio de la prescripción que competa al deudor.
