Apruébase el Acuerdo, número 021 de 1983, emanado de la Junta Directiva del Instituto Nacional del Transporte y cuyo texto es el siguiente: "ACUERDO NUMERO 0021 DE 1983 ' (mayo 5) por el cual se modifica la Planta de Personal y se deroga el Acuerdo número 007 del 8 de abril de 1983. La Junta Directiva del Instituto Nacional del Transporte, en uso de sus facultades legales-y estatutarias, ACUERDA:
