Apruébase, con modificaciones, el Decreto número 0049 de 5 de marzo de 1970, originario de la Intendencia Nacional de Arauca, así: "DECRETO NUMERO 0049 DE 1970 (marzo 5) por el cual se fijan los cargos, asignaciones civiles y gastos de representación del personal de empleados de la Intendencia Nacional de Arauca, para la vigencia fiscal de 1970-1971. El Intendente Nacional de Arauca, en uso de sus facultades legales, decreta:
