Los concesionarios del servicio de radiodifusión sonora podrán ceder la concesión con autorización previa del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, de conformidad con los procedimientos y requisitos establecidos en este Decreto. En todo caso, la cesión no podrá efectuarse antes de tres (3) años, contados a partir de la instalación y montaje de la respectiva estación.
