Cuando se trate de fundir o refinar grasa bovina mediante proceso húmedo, destinada para consumo humano, deberá disponerse del siguiente equipo mínimo

a)

Molino;

b)

Tanque de cocción;

c)

Bomba de grasa;

d)

Decantador (super-decanter);

e)

Recipiente de material inoxidable para harina de carne;

f)

Centrífuga número 1, para primera fase;

g)

Centrífuga número 2, para segunda fase;

h)

Tanque de material inoxidable, con serpentín y vapor, destinado para el almacenamiento de la oleoestearina.
