º Las Direcciones Seccionales de Instrucción Criminal en ejercicio de lo prescrito en el artículo 314 del Código de Procedimiento Penal, radicarán los Juzgados de Instrucción Criminal que sean necesarios en las cabeceras de Distrito o Circuito Judicial, previa consulta con el Consejo de Instrucción Criminal, indicando el juzgado por el número que se la haya asignado.
