Art 1.º Desde el primero de Septiembre próximo corresponderá á los Departamentos el pago del personal de los Juzgados Superiores del Distrito Judicial y Juzgados de Circuito, con sus respectivos Fiscales, personal y material de las Gobernaciones y personal y material de los Establecimientos de castigo Exceptuase de esta disposición el Departamento del Magdalena.
