Article 36

La Entrega Material No Excluye La Demarcación Posterior De La Zona Contratada Cuando Dentro De Ésta Existan Minas De Propiedad Particular

La entrega material no excluye la demarcación posterior de la zona contratada cuando dentro de ésta existan minas de propiedad particular. Tal demarcación se hará por el contratista antes del vencimiento del período de exploración, con intervención del funcionario o funcionarios que al efecto designe el Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos. Los respectivos propietarios deberán ser notificados de la diligencia previa y personalmente. Si esto último no fuere posible, la notificación se hará por edicto, en la forma prevista en el

Parágrafo

del artículo 28 de este Decreto.
