Contenido de los PEMP de bienes Inmuebles . De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 11 de la Ley 397 de 1997, modificado por el artículo 7° de la Ley 1185 de 2008, numeral 1, cuando la declaratoria de un BIC inmueble imponga la formulación de un PEMP, este establecerá el área afectada, la zona de influencia, el nivel permitido de intervención, las condiciones de manejo y plan de divulgación que asegurará el respaldo comunitario a la conservación del bien.
