DISPARO DE ARMA DE FUEGO Y EMPLEO DE EXPLOSIVOS CONTRA VEHICULOS. El que en desarrollo de actividades terroristas dispare armas de fuego o use explosivos, contra vehículos en que se hallen una o más personas, incurrirá, por este solo hecho, en prisión de cinco (5) a diez (10) años. Si como resultado de esta acción se ocasionare muerte o daño contra la integridad personal la pena será de quince (15) a treinta (30) años y la multa de veinte (20) a ciento cincuenta (150) salarios mínimos mensuales.
