Subsidio familiar. Para efectos del reconocimiento del subsidio familiar, el interesado formulará por conducto regular la solicitud correspondiente al Ministro de Defensa, acompañando las actas de registro civil o eclesiástico pertinentes, debidamente legalizadas, o en su defecto, las pruebas supletorias de acuerdo con la ley, en que conste el matrimonio válido en Colombia o el nacimiento de los hijos.
