Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga las demás normas de igual o inferior jerarquía que le sean contrarias, así como los Decretos 2805 de 2008 y 1972 de 2003, sin perjuicio del régimen de transición establecido en los artículos 15 al 17 de este Decreto.
