Art 5° Los miembros de las Juntas, que se compondrán de tres Profesores de Medicina y un Secretario, serán nombrados por el Poder Ejecutivo, así: los de la Junta Central de entre los que le proponga en ternas la Sociedad de Medicina y Ciencias naturales, y los de las Juntas Departamentales de entre los que le presente en ternas la Junta Central de Higiene.
