Art. 4°. El Departamento de Cundinamarca lo formaran: La Provincia de Bogotá, por los límites que hoy tiene, con excepción del Distrito Capital, se llamara Provincia de Funza y tendrá por capital la ciudad del mismo nombre; y las Provincias de Oriente, Sumapaz, Tequendama, Girardot, Guaduas y Facatativá.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno designara, en uso de la autorización legal que tiene, la capital del Departamento de Cundinamarca.
