Artículo único . Derógase el Decreto legislativo número 936, de 16 de Junio de 1902, por el cual se suprimió temporalmente la Administración de la Aduana de Cúcuta y el Resguardo de su dependencia, publicado en el Diario Oficial número 11,702, de 2 de Junio del año citado. En consecuencia, queda restablecida la Aduana supradicha y su Resguardo, y abierto al comercio exterior el puerto del mismo nombre.
