Destinase la suma de doscientos mil pesos ($ 200.000.00), para que se inviertan en obras en Zetaquirá, como las siguientes:

Reparación y dotación del hospital;

Construcción de piscina para aprovechar las fuentes termales del sitio de Patanoa;

Embellecimiento de la población.

Locales para escuelas rurales y urbanas. Las escuelas rurales deben estar dotadas de radio.
