El Comité Consultivo estará integrado por el Vicepresidente o su delegado quien lo presidirá y por siete delegados designados por el Vicepresidente de la República, así: cuatro (4) representantes de las organizaciones de y para discapacitados; un (1) representante de los padres de familia, el Defensor del Pueblo y un (1) representante del sector académico.
