Las partidas de que trata el Artículo anterior serán pagadas por la Nación al Municipio de Aranzazu en cinco contados de cincuenta mil pesos cada uno, a partir de 1948, y se incluirá la partida indicada en el respectivo presupuesto anual. Si el Congreso no lo hiciere así, el Gobierno queda autorizado para arbitrar los recursos suficientes para dar cumplimiento a esta Ley.
