Artículo quinto. Las cargas máximas admisibles de las que se habla en los artículos 3° y 4°, podrán ser reducidas, temporalmente, mediante resoluciones dictadas por el Ministro de Obras Públicas cuando por razones del estado de las carreteras tal medida se haga aconsejable. En la resolución se enumerarán, para las distintas vías y trayectos, las correspondientes restricciones en las cargas admisibles.
