Art. 4.° La Tesorería jeneral: recibirá, abrirá i custodiará los útiles, cuidando de impedir su avería o deterioro ; hará la comparacion de la factura con lo recibido ; liquidará por principal i gastos el importe de ella, fijando el precio esacto de cada artículo, i dará cuenta con copia de la liquidacion a la Secretaria de Hacienda i Fomento.
