Siempre que sean depositados menores en poder de personas o entidades que no tengan la guarda legal del menor, se extenderá una diligencia en la que se preceptúen las obligaciones especiales contraídas por el depositario, entre las cuales deberá figurar la de informar cada tres meses sobre el estado del menor y sobre el cambio de residencia; la de suministrar una educación adecuada; la de proporcionar alimentos y vestido convenientes, y la de permitir una discreta vigilancia de los delegados del Juzgado.
