º Por la Dirección General de Correos y Telégrafos se dictará el reglamento que debe regir para el servicio de ambas Escuelas.

Parágrafo

Quedan derogadas todas las demás direcciones relativas á estos establecimientos que sean contrarias al presente Decreto. Comuníquese y publíquese.
