ASOCIACION DE INTENDENCIAS Y COMISARIAS Y SUS MUNICIPIOS. Mediante la celebración de convenios, las intendencias, comisarías y sus municipios, podrán asociarse entre sí, con la nación o sus entidades descentralizadas o con los departamentos, sus municipios y entidades descentralizadas de estos órdenes, para el cumplimiento de sus funciones y la prestación de los servicios a su cargo y para la ejecución de obras o proyectos de desarrollo regional.
