Artículo séptimo. Para efectos de lo establecido en el Artículo 5o. del presente decreto la segunda instancia en el Tribunal Superior Militar se tramitara así: llegado el proceso, y repartido, se correrá traslado al fiscal si el ponente lo considerase necesario por el término de dos (2) días para que las partes presenten sus alegatos.
