Los gastos de que tratan los artículos que preceden, deben comprobarse por medio de cuentas de cobro visadas por el respectivo Juez del conocimiento y cargarse en los libros a una cuenta que abrirán con el nombre de Avances, con abono a caja, por el total de las sumas anticipadas, y a la cual se abonará con cargo a caja el reintegro que ulteriormente se hiciere.
