Destinase una suma hasta de diez mil pesos ($ 10.000) para dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley. Si no fuere incluida dicha suma en el Presupuesto, el Gobierno queda facultado ampliamente para verificar las operaciones de contabilidad que sean necesarias, con el objeto de dar cumplimiento a esta Ley.
