- Consultas y quejas . Modificase el numeral 64.3 del artículo 64 de la Ley 142 de 1994, el cual quedará así: "64.3. Dar atención oportuna a todas las consultas y tramitar las quejas que cualquiera de los usuarios o suscriptores planteen al Comité, sino hacen uso del derecho de petición ante la empresa prestadora correspondiente de manera directa".
