Los recursos de la seguridad social en salud que reciban las Entidades Promotoras de Salud y entidades obligadas a compensar por concepto de la Unidad de Pago por Capitación, UPC, continuarán utilizándose y recobrándose, de manera transitoria, para el pago de las prestaciones excepcionales en salud de que trata el Decreto Legislativo 128 de 2010 en concordancia con el literal j) del artículo 14 de la Ley 1122 de 2007.
