Las farmacias y droguerías que tengan en existencia especialidades farmacéuticas que contengan drogas o medicamentos que producen dependencia, en cantidad superior a la autorizada, incurrirán en multa en cuantía de cinco (5) a cincuenta (50) salarios mínimos mensuales.
Por la segunda vez, además de la multa, se impondrá la suspensión de la licencia de funcionamiento por el término de tres (3) a doce (12) meses.
