Decreto 777 de 2003 · por medio del cual se reglamentan las operaciones de leasing habitacional previstas en el artículo 1° de la Ley 795 de 2003.

º . Autorización. De acuerdo con el Artículo 1º de la Ley 795 de 2003, los establecimientos bancarios se encuentran facultados para realizar operaciones de leasing habitacional. De igual forma, de conformidad con el régimen general de sus operaciones, el leasing habitacional también podrá ser realizado por las compañías de financiamiento comercial.

Parágrafo 1

Cada vez que en el presente decreto se haga referencia a "entidades autorizadas" se entenderá que se refiere a los establecimientos bancarios y a las compañías de financiamiento comercial, entidades autorizadas para la realización de operaciones de leasing habitacional en los términos del presente artículo.
