ARTICULO 121 . DE LA JUNTA LIQUIDADORA.- La Junta Directiva del Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito (INTRA), asistirá al liquidador como Junta Liquidadora; para estos efectos conservará su actual composición y estará sujeta a las inhabilidades, incompatibilidades, responsabilidades y demás disposiciones previstas para ésta. La Junta Liquidadora ejercerá las funciones prescritas para la Junta Directiva del Instituto, en cuanto no sean incompatibles con la liquidación.
