Perdida del Buque. En el caso de que la pérdida del buque se considere inminente y el Capitán haya agotado todos los recursos para evitarla, procurará primero la salvación de los pasajeros, la tripulación, el material y los documentos de valor, en su orden, siendo el último en desembarcar.
