Art. 3.° Los Distritos que hayan sido suprimidos después de la formación del censo que ha servido para hacer los cómputos del articulo anterior, formarán parte de aquellos á los cuales hayan sido agregados posteriormente, conservándose la nomenclatura existente hoy.
