Créase el destino de Cartero para cada una de las oficinas telegráficas de Buga i Palmira; el primero con la asignacion de treinta i seis pesos ($ 36) anuales, i el segundo con la de sesenta pesos ($ 60), que se imputará al Presupuesto de gastos del año económico en curso, capítulo 7°, telégrafo, artículo 7.°
