° Una vez confirmado y registrado el certificado correspondiente, por parte del Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, se devolverá al Consejo Profesional Seccional de origen para que sea entregado al solicitante en forma personal o a un apoderado suyo debidamente constituido. La confirmación por parte del Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, se acreditará con la respectiva anotación suscrita por el Secretario del Consejo Nacional en la resolución seccional que ordena la expedición.
