Articulo 34 . Notificación . la resolución que niegue la solicitud de renovación de la licencia sanitaria de funcionamiento deberá ser notificada personalmente al interesado dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a su expedición y si esto no fuere posible, se notificará por edicto fijado por cinco (5) días hábiles en un lugar público de la correspondiente dependencia del ministerio de salud.
