Todo cargamento que entre a la Zona Franca podrá ser pasado a juicio, de la Gerencia o por solicitud del consignatario, en cuyo caso se dejará la debida constancia del peso registrado. En todos los casos de repeso, el valor de la operación será por cuenta del consignatario o dueño del cargamento.
