Legalizanse los siguientes pagos de sueldos, hechos por el Administrador Principal de Correos de Medellín, pagos que hizo en virtud de decretos y órdenes de sus superiores, y que luego se le elevaron a alcance liquido por la Tesorería de la Administración General del ramo:

La Administración General de Correos pagara al señor Administrador Principal de Correos de Medellín las cantidades que dicho empleado haya abonado al pago de este alcance.
