Los asignatarios de usufructo, de uso, de habitación o de una pensión periódica, conservan el derecho de acrecer, mientras gozan de dicho usufructo, uso, habitación o pensión; i ninguno de estos derechos se extingue hasta que falte el último coasignatario.
