° Precalificación de interesados. En relación con la entidad financiera cuyos valores desee ofrecer en venta, el Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras convocará a un proceso de calificación previa en el cual las personas interesadas en adquirir el 10% o más de las acciones suscritas, deberán acreditar capacidad financiera y administrativa y personal directivo satisfactorios a juicio del Fondo, en las condiciones que éste señale.
