Acuerdos. El acta de la sesión es el soporte para la elaboración de los acuerdos. Las decisiones del Órgano Colegiado se adoptarán mediante acuerdo, el cual será suscrito por el presidente y el secretario técnico, y expedido dentro de los dos (2) días siguientes a la suscripción del acta correspondiente. El acuerdo se publicará en el aplicativo que disponga el Departamento Nacional de Planeación y se comunicará a las entidades involucradas.

Parágrafo
