Artículo séptimo. Entre el Ministerio de Agricultura, como administrador del Fondo y el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria, podrá convenirse que las sumas que éste suministre para la adquisición de tierras adecuadamente explotadas le serán reembolsadas por el Fondo a medida que sus recursos lo permitan.
